They are looking for someone with commitment, ambition and a thirst for responsibility to manage the complex work of the RSPB across two fantastic nature reserves in London (Rainham Marshes: 411ha and Rye Meads 26ha).

You will have a strong track-record in conservation or operations management. To help you develop the abilities RSPB need, the role will be supported by a programme of training and development.
